Tribe is not new on the scene, he had 5%. What his move says is that he thinks the company is ready to progress, and he has got a big chunk close to the bottom of the market. it makes me wonder why I ever buy on market, these sophis' seem to have a smarter way to get set. Others may well be ready to pounce as well if offered scrip at market prices. Cap raises will not be coming to the general market in a big way now, more as a courtesy I would think.
