Doh Akki! Ive been thinking that myself but chose not to sayy anything as i thought what is the point putting negative spin on the sale. You do have to wonder though. My hope would be he is freeing up capital to reinvest when next cr comes up. The 7 million he freed up would come in useful and hopefully his plan is a rights issue again underwritten by himself, possibly knowing he would most likely be able to mop up a reasonable shortfall. It does seem strange though that a medical background and intimate long term involveement with the company yet selling is percieved as positive and buyer does not have medical background or huge company insight?? That being said it would certainly look bad if the new 20% holder has somehow been duped? Makes more sense the transfer was made with a mutual benefit of some sort in mind?
