It's certainly a good sign that Tribe apparently already put in the previous 4 mil at last placement, so its not like he doesnt know what hes getting into. If he was concerned why on earth would he go from 5% to 20% in such a ridiculously illiquid stock. So all in all he appears to be no dummy and despite being down on his original 4c placement was happy to go in big. The only thing that makes it strange is if huge things were coming up why would Hockings sell now. Hopefully they have formulated a cunning plan that benefits us all. Ultimately he still holds 14% so still a huge amount of skin in the game, indeed 2 directors with 35% holding must be pretty unusual.
