The new chief medical officer is an orthodontist /dentist from his LinkedIn profile. Unusual decision not recruiting a medically qualified person into such a an essential role like this, generally the expectation is this position should be filled by a medical doctor with the relevant specialty experience (see TLX or RAC as examples), but the other changes seem OK.
