I see it as a positive. AZY continues to benefit from the deep expertise and experience of both. But perhaps there is an element of repositioning for the times ahead. MR I think was General Counsel (that's the member of the management team which heads up the in-house legal function) of Lionore at time of its takeover.

Thanks cate88, that is a useful summary.

Maybe a strange time for SP to step down from daily mgmt as I thought he would have been busting to release the dd results but I suppose you can't control the timing of their release and we also don't know what is going on in the background.

He is also sitting on 60m+ shares in something he is very confident in and remains Chairman, so probably an outstanding outcome for him!
