Shouldn't be a huge issues. The way the announcement is structured and clearly states his continued involved and holding. I'd assume that their is issues around the BDM acquisition regulations wise and him needing to step down on paper to appear focused there.
The new guy has a great history so maybe we will see some more action a bit faster now as it will have his full attention.
Really need these larger share holders thst have been selling down to churn through so we can stop this slw bleed.
Going to be a rough 6 to 12 months in the market so need to try just bottom draw this and not worry about it till we have news flow and market is back loving specie.
