W27. He is joining Jones Day as a partner and his decision to step down must have been his alone. Last year he resigned from the board's of Hoytz and Empire Oil and Gas. He has decided to stay on as Chairman of Unity Pacific Group. Last year he also stepped down as chairman of McCullough Robertson after a long and distinguished career. He also has a family wine business he is expanding. A very busy man. The fact that he decided to hold on to his post at Invion for this long is a very positive commitment.
