    I don't think you will get any CEO of a listed company for 2-3 times the average employee, but I'd definitely use you as an Executive Recruiter if you could pull this off. I get where you are going philosophically but this is a competitive market and unfortunately people are driven by remuneration. If it was about pro-bono work they probably wouldn't be a CEO. If a job is considered high stress you can't pay peanuts or you get monkeys.

    I don't disagree with your thesis though, I'm sure there are many CEO's salaries growing faster than they should and I absolutely do not support exponential fixed salary increases. I support executive remuneration plans which align to shareholder/investors returns. Yes some Boards and C-suites do a great job influencing high salaries - but think this is a different conversation
