In my opinion that is excessive remuneration for an exploration company CEO. Also if the loans are non-recourse and interest free, it becomes a free bet on the company's shares using the company's money. Let's see the details when it comes out. I'd prefer to see the company cash used for drilling, not loans to the CEO.
