For peoples' information, I just sent the following email to the address provided by Mr Asia.

Hi Mr Asia,
This (below) was from our ASIC agent last week when I enquired about whether they were moving departments dealing with it. It is being investigated in Melbourne and Perth, from high ASIC departments.
If you would like to phone the ASIC investigator I can provide his details, (Melbourne) but worth also phoning the auditor Kevin Somes of Somes and Cooke in Perth.
Many people have thought that CVI could be legitimate, but it never will be while Smyth is controlled by London entities.
Just trying to save you major losses - no bad feelings intended to you personally.

"We have no changes in our work flow and we have always had two departments involved. In other words, the matter has not been moved to a new department or with new people, the same people remain involved."
