Term sheets, of which you have little idea the constructs, were what the "agreements" were.
Your "partners" are potential onsellers getting essentially a free bite at the cherry (at shareholders expense).

Further, Worley formally requested that A3D cease using "Worley" and "partnership" in their announcements, over 12 moths ago, which change you will see quite clearly in the announcemnts where they ceased referring to Advisian AND Worley and forthwith were referring only to Advisian.
