This is a good ANN IMO.
The appointments of Alexander Cook and Penelope Creswell (whose expertise is environmental law, infrastructure projects and planning) adds to an already experienced team for planning, design and negotiations of project contracts.
It's also great to see the Parkway Board diversifying, which others here had recently noted a lack of, adding Penelope's 25 years of experience to the Board
Shareholders need more positive ANN's like this one.
