Having a lot of experience in recruitment, it is not very common at all to lock in senior management for a 12 month period, 3 months is fairly regular but not 12 so this should be a very positive sign, I also agree with the comments regarding the Chimeric interests that is should dispel any rumors about jumping ship, the salary amount really is chicken feed to Paul Hoppers IMU share market value
