It's a simple fix. The right people in the right place within the company will do. The ego's of COO and the acting process manager are the roadblocks. Plant has been more down than up in the last six months contrary to any releases you may have read. The boys club mentality is not only dangerous for us in the plant it's a shareholders nightmare. Rise up good people ask the difficult questions to those that have no right to hold their positions. By the way does anyone want a job we're a little short of people!!!
