Sorry, Mr Faulty, I think most of us here, many of whom emailed PSY (politely) numerous times without any hint of a response, naturally view your claim with some skepticism....
I personally sent at least 6 emails with no response, and made multiple attempts to contact by phone without success. Several other holders here can recount similar experiences.
You must either be incredibly special, or.......
