When management says " our stock is undervalued " then it means " we are not credible & we fkd up shareholders but they can't do anything "... IMO.... so best thing to do is in ever AGM reject selection of any board member up for election, reject remuneration report, reject 10% or more placement capacity request " and reject anything that is not aligned to shareholder value creation... IMO
