The board have a lot to answer for, for appointing Ed and Peter as CEO and CFO respectively.
They both collectively took home nearly 2 million in remuneration last year. The destruction in shareholder value, yet management have continued to pocket remuneration which is not aligned with performance is appalling and reflective of an arrogant and disrespectful board.
They constantly talk about how undervalued shares are, as per the recent AGM, yet the share price continues to languish at all time lows.
