    Folks are just reading into speculation rather than the simple facts as given....AJM is given a free pass until the end of October to pick among proposals (meaning more than one) that will give them the lowest reduction in FINANCIAL COSTS (meaning best interest rate). Nothing but good news and favorable outcome in this announcement.
