Despite your condescending tone, you might want to study up on what is a liability (whether current or non-current) and who determines it to be a liability. Don't think that because a financier has agreed a company can defer a payment obligation (for a later date) that this doesn't constitute a liability. I'm very sure ASIC, the ATO and the companies auditors will have a very definite view on that.
Anyway, it is clear that objectivity is not a requirement when posting on the AJM forums. It seems these threads should only be used by those with a particular point of view.
I'm done here for a while. I reckon there'll be plenty of opportunity to offer up further comments before this loan facility is renegotiated.
