Could be any number of reasons, but I don't think it's that he got wanderlust. In an interview he gave he said he wanted to move back to Australia because he wanted his children to grow up in Australia.
On the CelluAir issue, that could very well be a multi billion dollar company in the not too distant future. We won't own 20% of it when it is that valuable, but nonetheless, our investment could be very fruitful.
