I think the judge awarded costs in either the WDS or STO actions. Correctly the judge was scathing of the litigants for wasting everyone's time and money (including taxpayer's money) on ridiculous unsubstantiated claims. Problem is it will probably happen again and again. Hopefully the government body paying for the actions will run out of limited funds or be more realistic in its actions. Hopefully both. Greens are behind all of these. It's just a delaying/obstructional actions they revel in. They love the limelight. Just need to grind them down and allow O&G to develop O&G as an interim source of power while we sort out the future.

Personally I don't think we are going make it without a quantum leap in storage technology. But I'm sure this will happen and current technology will be just a giggle in decades to come.
