I disagree. Nero and Collins St engineered a coup and inserted themselves onto the board so they could execute their own strategy, whatever it is. CVN's strategy wasn't to sell out as soon as they made a discovery. It's easy to be a Monday morning quarterback, but at the time everyone thought staying in until production was the right thing to do. Nobody was able to foresee subsequent events which have change the landscape immensely.
