One question I wouldn't mind being answered is why Sean has left?

I suggest the introduction of more experienced personnel is a good thing which sends a number of very interesting messages to get excited about.

Going forward, good luck to all those who have perservered with EIO since it's heady days at 7.3c and subsequent lows and all then -ive rampping (sorry singular opinions)that one has had to endure.
