The shares were around $1.30 when they inflicted the takeover on us DDH holders. I held DDH in super and in personal account.
"16 month share price performance up 95%" - well yes from a multi year low and share price collapse...
Looks like PRN raised cash several times over $2 a share so I'm sure those buyers are thrilled with several years underperformance and a loss of just under 50% of their capital to fund 'expansion'. When is it all going to come to fruition?
Token gesture share price purchase. Yes it is and given the number of board members then only one decides to buy, it's an appalling backing of the company by the board. When the share price starts performing and gets over $2 with a decent yield then I may be slightly happier with the remuneration here.
