I second that. QBE's investment return has been pretty bad over the years. Low interest rates is certainly a reason. But QBE really failed to adept to that. Most Pimco's bond funds produced much better return. Why couldn't QBE get a more competent investment head? I am not expecting another Warren Buffet, just someone who can produce a decent return.
