The second paragraph of the announcement states that QHL is expecting to more than double its sales and revenue this financial year and expects further significant growth in FY15. This will gives me a lot more confidence of them hitting their targets and confirms their earnings certainty.
If they are in negotiations With an automotive company market and they announce a deal soon it's worth a lot more than these prices. That's the spec side of the story.
