This company has embarked on growth strategy after growth strategy with zero success and may in fact have had a negative effect on the business.
The announcement is just saying to expect more of the same, no major contact wins, no increase in profits or share price and no dividends. In fact I doubt they have the money to undertake any major contract.
I think we are seeing a company that is slowly dieing and I agree with many here that the Board has left this a very long time to act.
On the plus side QHL is a company with potential and probably an attractive option for someone who wants to mark a mark for themselves, if they last long enough to find them.
