I totally disagree ..... I think you have over-reacted to the situation. It's a simple change in the boss, that's all .... it will benefit when a new CEO starts.
The company has annual revenue of around 100Mil.
QHL has solid contracts with LM, NOC, Boeing, and several others ...
The company has plenty or work and with the US Wichita operations that's now started, I expect there will be more work coming.
In short, they need to hire someone who knows what they're doing, someone who knows how to turn a profit, someone who is a professional.
With current contracts in place and new work coming, this can escalate the company and it's sp.
