Seemingly, Emanuel has had enough, and he wants to get onto the inside so that he can somehow extricate his firm from the value trap which has so badly ensnared him.
[The two disengaging NEDs didn't even last long enough to see a single financial result reported during their tenure.]
Not sure this all bodes well for any imminent updates about the current momentum of the business.
This comment, made around a mere 72 hours ago, "This company is a sitting duck; I'd be very surprised if it held another AGM as a publicly-listed company," just went from being a bit of a throwaway line, to now having suddenly grown some real legs.
As they say in the gangster movies, "Sh#t starting to get real, man."
(I strongly suspect some shares from a few stale bulls are going to find they way to the market in coming days/weeks. Just a hunch)
