The "board" have been there 5 months (exc chair) so making change is obviously not that easy. Announcement says Datt isn't the new chair - he is one of the directors so he is only 1 voice at the board. Question I want to ask is why can't change be made without a wholesale change of board and who or what's stopping change from happening?
