Your diatribe against FDFG just s doesn't stack up logically.
If the share price drifts any lower, FFG will probably need to divest some tangible assets in order to free up some cash for on-market buy backs.
Why is this the case? It was bought back at .01 and.011 The lower the price the less buybacks cost.
As it stands FFG is almost broke (no money left in the kitty), high cash burn to fund CEO's and mates lifestyle, has a convertible loan facility of $8 million left however even that can't be used if share price drops further.
Why is this the case? Is there a caveat on the loan to this effect? How do you know?
