Jacharooz - we are basing our conclusions and comments on a comment in hotcopper. However, should this prove to be correct, this appears to be a catastrophic event having a material effect on shareholder value. How can it not? The lack of transparency is breath taking. More so the fact that someone has been dumping wave after wave of the stock on unsuspecting shareholders. At a minimum it may be a temporary suspension of production and in a worst case a complete meltdown and rebuild. We simply do not know the magnitude and dimensions of the issue and the business continuity strategies that have presumably been activated. I agree strongly that in the least there is likely a breach of statutory obligations. Certainly there is an ethical obligation to the owners of the business and they likely have a very narrow window in time now to step forward. With no compass the trajectory is straight down. I'm going to have to simply put this stock aside and let events play out.
