Yeap he joined Fleetwood board so he decided to leave then. Fleetwood pays him 90k and he was on 40k in FRM - hard to be fully engaged on a 40k annually...
Anyway I agree with you - will not make a difference. FRM made monumental financial improvement without him so as long as Bruce De Lacy is at the helm we will be ok.
If he made any acquisition progress/negotations/tenders then Bruce will bring it to the next level.
Also Bruce De Lacy salary went up from 180k to 240k annually plus bonus. Thats what matters to me - he did amazing work and he got rewarded for it.
