Well, at least we know why the share price is tanking... It wasn't due to NBN risks, etc, etc.

Spenceley did not sell most of his stake in the company for a new venture - he sold because he would no longer have any control in the company. The board's political games have evaporated share holders money. I wonder if the remaining board will slash their incomes circa 30% for this year as recognition that their actions have decimated the share price?

My sentiments have now turned bearish. Not sure that I want to keep holding...
