He said he wanted to “elevate” the infrastructure side of the business which was a focus under the previous incarnations of Vocus, Amcom and its newest takeover play Nextgen re-engage Mr Spenceley into the business, and re-focus its consumer internet business.
He said Mr Horth, who was chief of M2 Group, the owner of the consumer-facing Dodo and iPrimus brands which Vocus took over in January, did not have a infrastructure background, hence the proposal to remove him.'
