    I hope he isn’t moving on as he would know as well as anyone how close we may be to a saleable product. In terms of incentive - he does have options i believe and the kudos of being the CSO who “bought the baby home”. I feel like I’m moving from frustrating times to nervous times. The messaging certainly points to near term outcomes, i hope i’m right.
