    A board of 6 seemed too large for such a small company.
    The retiring directors have had long and distinguished business careers however the smaller Board may lean the Board in the direction of obtaining finance from Europe .
    The biggest shareholder may be flexing their muscles .

    We live in hope of some kind of corporate action.
