VXR immaterial to NST, but like you said Billy's reputation at stake plus Stralow's $140K super money at 9c average. Definitely held down for some reason and value traded each day has been heavier since late Jan. Weeding out those who bought into the last 5c SPP? Seems to be holding above 10c. Possible ten bagger in the works if this gets funding and champagne all round.
