When these guys have had as many years at the helm as Ross then criticise away. Or when @Kalenn has been running a company for as many years as Adam then his critisms might have legs. Or these people critiquing, do they have personal grudges againt individuals and the other fella, well he could be the village idiot. Some just don't let up, like a mental illness. Maybe they should seek some help before it really affects their life. Probably the best advice they've had in a while.
