What should we hang our hat on, your suggestion about gold is nothing new gold is a precious metal where as copper is a base metal. Yes there is more of it being mined due its needed for everyday life of electron flow. OK as far as I can see our Geo people have done all that others can do no more no less and now its up to the drill bit at JE. Similar to your stated allotments containing gold & Lithium until the drill goes in you cant say what is there just with all the modern day analysis we can at least say that we think its not barren.
GOLD has always been the commodity to have its simple you don't need to be a Rhodes Scholar to work that one out.
At the end of the day copper on the LME price continues to rise year in year out copper is required for daily life.
Anyway, drilling should be underway and results will tell soon. East Arunta area could have a West Arunta hidden like the Niobium find at WA1.
