Under the guidance of Mr Sytze Voulon, the board has been a revolving door, we have no CEO and the only light on the horizon was Idan and he left the building. None of them have any direct shares in the operation. The share price has collapsed with no growth or volume during the tenure of this board.
Mison has been there 4 years, Voulon 3 years and 6 months. The rest come and go, taking directors fees, getting "board" and move on.
Mison now CS,CFO, CEO and Exective Director.....share price .012 and illiquid. The market does not see a lot activity going forward. Its seems to be a few diehard retail investors on HC are the only ones with any interest. Seems like a one man band - an accountant.
