Agree Smoke, the directors are cluey guys, they are not going to CR at this level and dilute their own holdings. Unlike other juniors they have various cash equivalents. Also CHP doesn't have ongoing project funding requirements. COL is the vehicle to add additional value and a clever plan IMO.
