I like the emphasis.
It's all about "potential and possibilities" at this stage of exploration for the tenement. This situation is unfolding like any other area that is about to get explored. Geologists have been engaged, surface material has been sampled, land has been cleared and drilling is about to commence.
They have to drill first yeah? To get more of a definitive outlook.
