I just saw that announcement too. CXO are making smart moves and have a healthy timeline ahead of them.
It will be really good when CHR gets feet on the ground and gets the drills spinning. With such low SOI the potential value add will make a big difference to SP.
Exciting times ahead, but I really hope we get to drill a significant amount of our tenements prior to any potential offers. There's lots of easy value to be gained, in my opinion. With CXO right next door, I would consider the presence of mineralised pegmatites to be relatively derisked already.
