Anything is possible but I would suggest that CXO needs to firm up a substantially larger resource before it made it viable as an acquisition target for Tesla. Positive for CXO is time to market for production, but Tesla pockets being deep they may have bigger fish on their radar.
So for CXO how they might go about improving their resource is also speculation but CHR in that conversation I would think.
One positive for Australian based resources is the fact the Tesla chair is an Aussie living here. Robyn Denholm is very active in tech and encouraging of Aussie Govt and business to go hard in tech and to add more value to what we dig up. If a suitable business case crossed her desk it would receive a keen eye I would think!
