    In September 2022 institutional, sophisticated and professional investors paid 50c per share in a 5.5 Am$ placement.
    We had the same BoD in Sep 22 &, we had already the shareholder structure with LIT & Co in Sep 22.
    That LIT is not the most successful company in the world was also already known in Sep 22.

    Imo
    a) Someone desperately needs cash
    b) Someone lost faith in general lithium development
    c) Someone lost faith in general stock market development
    d) a combination of a, b, c
