Charlie-1 is well west ~26M? of the Dalton & TAPS and we will not be going into production just yet, suspect in any case if successful field development will be primarily under the auspices of Premier and perhaps (COP, OSH) deciding that a West East pipeline to pump station 2 makes sense. exciting times.
