Yep 100% agree with you. Share price has dropped from $5.40 down to early 4's in anticipation of exactly this. Then when a report comes out without any real suprises or anything untoward or unforeseen, it dumps ~6% lol.
I do disagree with you in relation to future interest rates though. In my view rates have been hiked too hard, too fast without sufficient time given to see them take an effect. A lot of people already in alot of financial pain. RBA risks breaking the economy with any further hikes, infact we start seeing some decent cuts early-mid next year. A bit of short term pain ahead but more than priced in. All in my opinion only.
