The NTA isn't real. It's not daily priced.
While I agree that it's trading at some level of discount, it certainly isn't 35%.
Lower distribution guidnace and forced asset sales due to gearing was certainly not "Anticipated". That's why it's sold off.
I'm very interested in buying REIT's again, but i don't think we are their quite yet. Valuations still a bit too high.
