nta provided is the best and most accurate guidance … real estate is illiquid and of course the nta provided is not 100% accurate but it is the best they can offer….
I don’t agree, 10 interest rate rises in 12 month will definitely point to a dividend cut.. if you think otherwise you are a fool… that’s why they persistently trade at good discount and higher yield to reflect the risks …
no one says fire sale, they will need to sale to meet gearing but they are not forced to sell tomorrow or next week to make repayments or breach their obligations…
